If the item does not arrive or does not match its description, eBay’s buyer guarantee (**Garantie client eBay**) covers most transactions. ## NomoPhone security Every iPhone is tested, graded, covered by a 24-month warranty and shipped with an invoice. If something goes wrong, you contact our support directly — not a marketplace middleman. Trade-in of your old device also simplifies upgrading to a newer model. ## Verdict **eBay** can suit you if you choose an eBay Reconditionné listing, with its 1-year commercial warranty and free 30-day returns, or if you want to sell your phone through eBay rachat (CircularX). **NomoPhone** is recommended if you want a 24-month warranty, a device checked on 50+ points and trade-in paid within 24 hours at most — especially for a refurbished iPhone for everyday use without hassle. ## Comparison table | Criterion | NomoPhone | eBay | | --- | --- | --- | | Warranty | 24 months | 1-year commercial warranty on eBay Reconditionné listings (ebay.fr) | | Returns | 30 days | Free returns within 30 days on eBay Reconditionné (ebay.fr) | | Quality control | Internal 50+ point protocol | eBay Reconditionné: sellers approved by eBay (ebay.fr) | | Buyer protection | NomoPhone support + 30-day return | eBay buyer guarantee (“Garantie client eBay”, ebay.fr) | | Trade-in | Free shipping + free home pickup at your chosen address | ✓ eBay rachat (CircularX, ebay.fr) | | Payment time (trade-in) | Instant payment, or within 24h if your bank does not support it | Bank transfer within 72 h of receipt (ebay.fr) | ### Our verdict On eBay, eBay Reconditionné listings come with a 1-year commercial warranty and free 30-day returns; NomoPhone sells directly, with a 24-month warranty and trade-in paid within 24 hours at most. ## Sources - Warranty — — checked on 2026-10-21 - Returns · Quality control — — checked on 2026-10-21 - Buyer protection — — checked on 2026-10-21 - Trade-in · Trade-in payment · Trade-in payment time — — checked on 2026-10-21 ## FAQ ### Is it risky to buy an iPhone on eBay?
