- With this offer, the battery is new: it was replaced during refurbishment, then checked.
- What does “Good condition” mean?
- There may be visible signs of wear and tear, but this does not affect its functionality. Screen: Micro-scratches on the screen (not visible when the screen is on). Casing: Use marks on the casing. Edges: Possible micro-scratches on the edges. Fully functional, checked before shipping and covered by a 24-month warranty.
- Are the photos of the phone I will receive?
- No: the photos show the model and its colour. The unit you receive may show signs of use specific to its condition. What is guaranteed is the condition, storage, colour and battery stated on this page.
- Why is it cheaper than new?
- Because it has already been used: it is a pre-owned phone, restored and checked by NomoPhone. It may show signs of use depending on its cosmetic condition, but it is guaranteed to work for 24 months.
- Is the phone unlocked for all carriers?
- Yes: it works with the SIM card of the carrier of your choice. Before putting it on sale, we also check that the iCloud or Google account is deactivated and that the phone has been reset.
- What does the 24-month warranty cover?
- Faults and malfunctions, parts and labour, for 24 months. Breakage and water damage are not covered. If there is a problem, you contact NomoPhone directly; if a return is needed, we pay for it.
- Can I return the phone if it is not right for me?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery, with no reason needed. Returns are free: request one from your customer account or at contact@nomophone.com.
- Which charger is included?
- The phone comes with a charging cable and a SIM ejector tool. The power adapter and earphones are not included.
- How is it delivered?
- Orders placed before 2 pm (excluding weekends and public holidays) ship the same day. DHL Express: 24 h in mainland France, 24 to 48 business hours elsewhere in Europe. These times are indicative. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
