How we test our phones
Before going live on the site, every smartphone passes 50+ checkpoints, organised into three main steps.
- 01
Cosmetic condition graded
Each device is assigned one of four condition grades (Premium, Perfect condition, Very good condition, Good condition) after inspecting the screen and body.
- 02
Battery checked
Charging, discharging and real-world stability are verified so the advertised battery option (Standard, New battery, +90%) reflects reality.
- 03
Everyday functions tested
Charging and connector, cameras, microphones, speakers, Face ID / Touch ID and calls are systematically checked before shipping.

Recommends NomoPhone
I recommend 100%! Nomophone is the site that had the highest trade-in offer for my laptop. DHL came to collect my iPhone from my home on Friday and on Monday it was received, checked and the transfer made the same day. Speed and seriousness!
- Recommends NomoPhone
Very good experience! Payment of the amount initially offered was made only 24 hours after my phone was sent. I am very satisfied with the service.

I didn't know this company/website and so tried without much hope and sincerely I don't regret it. DHL comes to your home to pick up the package to send it, they received it the next day, validation of the return on the same day, payment sent on the same day and the money is in my account on the same day. Honestly, I recommend 100%, go head on.

Premium Buying Guide
Our refurbishment method
At Nomophone, every refurbished phone is selected, tested and prepared by a specialist team. Whether you’re looking for a refurbished iPhone, a refurbished Samsung or a recent Android smartphone, we check the screen, buttons, sensors, speakers, cameras, connectivity and battery condition before putting any device on sale.
Our aim is simple: to offer a refurbished smartphone that is guaranteed, reliable and a pleasure to use from the very first minute. Every device is unlocked, cleaned, tested against over 50 checkpoints and covered by a 24-month warranty. This means you enjoy a premium experience, often up to 75 per cent cheaper than buying new, whilst giving a second life to a product that has already been manufactured.
Nomophone is a French refurbisher based in France, offering personalised customer service and fast delivery on available models. You can also sell your old phone to help fund your next purchase: get an online valuation, enjoy simple shipping and receive payment once your phone has been checked. When you buy from Nomophone, you’re choosing a direct, transparent and expert retailer specialising in refurbished phones.
