Press room
NomoPhone has been buying back, testing and reselling refurbished smartphones since 2017, from its workshop in Reims, France, to customers across Europe. Here you will find our key figures, our open data and how to reach us.
Open data
Our data is published with its method and raw source, under an open licence. You can reuse it without asking.
A monthly index on a constant sample, computed from our trade-in price records. It shows how much value a smartphone loses, model by model, and which ones drop fastest. (Page in French; the data is language-neutral.)
What we check on a device before selling it (more than 50 points, battery included) and how we assess a device we buy back.
Expertise
We handle bought-back and refurbished devices every day, and can tell you what actually happens in a refurbishing workshop.
What separates a properly tested device from a phone rebuilt from salvaged parts: IMEI, original parts, real battery health, warranty.
Which models hold their value, which ones drop, and when to sell — backed by our barometer.
What a “minimum 85%” capacity means, how it is measured, and why a new battery changes a device’s lifespan.
What to do before handing over a phone, and what a professional wipes and checks on arrival.
