Before a smartphone goes on our website, it follows a clear inspection path. We assign a cosmetic grade (Premium, Perfect condition, Very good condition or Good), set the battery option that reflects reality (Standard, New battery or +90%), and check that everyday functions behave as promised. We only publish a device when its description, photos and warranty information faithfully match the phone you will receive.
We group appearance into four levels so offers are easy to compare. On the product page you will always see one of these four grades.
Photos and short explanations show what each grade usually looks like. If you are unsure, customer support can help you choose.
For each phone we state how the battery is presented. Three situations cover most cases:
We do not rely on a single on-screen percentage. Charging behaviour, stability during everyday-style use and unexpected shutdowns are all considered so the battery option shown on the site stays trustworthy.
Front and rear cameras are tested with photos and short clips (focus, colours, flash where relevant). What we accept depends on the grade: a Premium phone should not show defects that contradict how it is presented.
Each device is reviewed against what matters in daily use. Here is what we look at systematically before shipping:
After certain repairs or part replacements we may add performance checks (processor, graphics, storage) to ensure the phone behaves like a sound handset before it goes back on sale.
The information on our product pages (grade, battery option, main characteristics) lines up with the physical phone prepared for you. If something differs after delivery, our commercial and legal guarantees apply.
Preparation can take from well under an hour to several hours depending on updates, calibration or extra checks. Complex cases may take longer; we prioritise reliability over speed.
If a problem does not match what was published, we resolve it under our commercial guarantee and applicable consumer rules — repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation and availability.
