The case is as good as new. Very good condition: there may be some slight signs of wear. Good condition: there may be visible signs of wear and tear, but this does not affect its functionality. Whatever the condition, the device is fully functional.
Can I return my Google Pixel if it’s not right for me?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery (the legal minimum is 14 days) to send it back to us free of charge. Your refund is issued within 14 days at most; it may be withheld until we have received the returned product.
