Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the Products must be returned:
- Original packaging, where possible
- Accessories included
- In their original condition, without having been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning
- Invoice attached
Reimbursement
The refund will be made within 14 days.
Warranty
All our refurbished smartphones are covered by a warranty of 24 months. This is in addition to the statutory warranty of conformity provided for by law.
