Yes. Every refurbished iPhone is covered by a 24-month commercial warranty (excluding breakage and oxidation), on top of the legal guarantee of conformity. The warranty period is the same whichever condition you choose.

Yes. Our refurbished smartphones are sold unlocked for all carriers and checked on more than 50 points before shipping.

The condition describes the device’s cosmetic appearance. Premium: very few visible signs of wear. In excellent cosmetic condition. Perfect condition: minimal signs of wear. The case is as good as new. Very good condition: there may be some slight signs of wear. Good condition: there may be visible signs of wear and tear, but this does not affect its functionality. Whatever the condition, the device is fully functional.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery (the legal minimum is 14 days) to send it back to us free of charge. Your refund is issued within 14 days at most; it may be withheld until we have received the returned product.

Yes. Get an online estimate based on the model, storage and condition, then send it to us free of charge with a prepaid label. You are paid by bank transfer within 24 working hours of the device being approved and your ID document being received.
