Prepare your iPhone for trade-in

Introduction

Before sending your iPhone to NomoPhone, a few minutes of preparation protect your data and speed up payment. Trade-in shipping is free.

iCloud

Disable Find My iPhone and sign out of iCloud. Go to Settings → [your name] → Find My → Find My iPhone. Also sign out of the App Store, iMessage and FaceTime.

Backup

Back up photos, contacts and messages via iCloud or to a computer. Confirm the backup is complete before resetting.

Reset

Reset the iPhone: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Erase All Content and Settings. Remove the SIM or eSIM card.

Shipping
