- Because it has already been used: it is a pre-owned phone, restored and checked by NomoPhone. It may show signs of use depending on its cosmetic condition, but it is guaranteed to work for 24 months.
- Is the phone unlocked for all carriers?
- Yes: it works with the SIM card of the carrier of your choice. Before putting it on sale, we also check that the iCloud or Google account is deactivated and that the phone has been reset.
- What does the 24-month warranty cover?
- Faults and malfunctions, parts and labour, for 24 months. Breakage and water damage are not covered. If there is a problem, you contact NomoPhone directly; if a return is needed, we pay for it.
- Can I return the phone if it is not right for me?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery, with no reason needed. Returns are free: request one from your customer account or at contact@nomophone.com.
- Which charger is included?
- The phone comes with a charging cable and a SIM ejector tool. The power adapter and earphones are not included.
- How is it delivered?
- Orders placed before 2 pm Irish time, 3 pm in Malta or 4 pm in Cyprus (excluding weekends and public holidays) ship the same day. DHL Express: 24 h in mainland France, 24 to 48 business hours elsewhere in Europe. These times are indicative. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
